Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email at [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully disassemble the rack components and pack them into the original shipping crates to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized freight or courier carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the components are free of wear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
